Camp Meal Plan Menu
Please choose your camp meal plan: $11.00 per meal, per person.
Camp Breakfast
- Freshly baked cinnamon rolls with sausage.
- Eggs with biscuits and gravy, plus a choice of sausage or bacon.
- All-you-can-eat pancakes with a choice of sausage or bacon.
- Croissants with eggs and a choice of sausage or bacon.
- Eggs with hash browns and a choice of sausage or bacon.
- Eggs with flour tortillas and salsa, plus a choice of sausage or bacon.
All breakfasts include: Cold cereal, milk, coffee, and orange tang.
Camp Lunch
- Sandwich Bar: Assorted meats, cheeses, fixings, and chips.
- Pepperoni Pizza: Served with salad bar.
- 1/3 Pound Hamburger: Served with fixings and chips.
- Breaded Chicken Patty Sandwich: Served with fixings and chips.
- Loaded Ground Beef Burrito: Flour tortillas, Spanish rice, and refried beans.
- Loaded Ground Beef Nachos: Served with Spanish rice and refried beans.
- Grilled Cheese Sandwich: Served with tomato soup and chips.
- Hot Dog Bar: Includes chili, coleslaw, sauerkraut, cheese, onions, tomato, bacon bits, banana peppers, jalapeño peppers, BBQ sauce, blue cheese dressing, and ranch dressing, served with chips.
- Pulled Pork Sandwich: Served with pickles and chips.
- Sloppy Joe Sandwich: Served with pickles and chips.
- Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Served with pickles and chips.
All lunches include: Lemonade or Kool-Aid, iced tea, and dessert.
Camp Dinner
- Loaded Chicken Burrito: Flour tortillas, Mexican corn, and ranch beans.
- Spaghetti with Meat Sauce: Served with steamed veggies, salad, and garlic toast.
- Grilled Chicken Salad: 4 oz. grilled chicken on a bed of lettuce with fixings.
- Roast Beef: Served with mashed potatoes and brown gravy, steamed veggies, and a roll.
- New Orleans Bourbon Street Chicken: Served with white rice and grilled veggies (no alcohol).
- Homemade Chicken Pot Pie: Served with mashed potatoes, white gravy, salad, and a roll.
- Old-Fashioned Goulash: Seasoned ground beef, macaroni, and tomatoes, served with steamed veggies and a roll.
- 1/3 Pound Hamburger: Served with fixings, tater tots, and baked beans.
- Pepperoni Pizza: Served with salad.

- All-day drinks will be an extra charge of $2.50 per person (Lemonade, Kool-Aid, iced tea, and coffee).
- Special diets are an upcharge of $5.00 per meal per person (Includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, or meals free of common allergens).
- Tri-Tip Dinner available for $20.00 each, including tri-tip (can be smoked), loaded baked potato, corn on the cob, salad, rolls, and dessert.
